I have never seen such a dismissive group in all my years of doing real estate. I made an offer 2 days ago and never heard back from the agent. She has never returned a call or a text during this whole time. I tried calling tje main office in Houston and , of course, no one answers. They habe maybe thr most annoying AI phone agent that I have ever heard. I dont know where my offer stands as the agent for this company never called me or my agent since submitting the offer. She has a voicemail that says "send me a text", I habe aent 5 texts with no return. This company is embarrassing.
